For three generations, the Family Gusel have cured ham using the original recipe of their great grandfather, who founded the family business in Vienna in 1936. More than 80 years ago he created the special seasoning, which gives the ham its unique and juicy flavour. For the process, only high-quality pork from Austrian farmers is used.
